Shir discovered the transformative power of home organisation when she moved into her first home. By creating systems that simplified daily routines, she experienced firsthand how a well-planned space can shape the way a home feels and functions.
From a personal pursuit to helping friends organise their homes, she realised that what fulfilled her most was the creative problem-solving and the ability to empower others to feel more in control of their environments.
After a successful 13-year career in equity sales, Shir founded STRG, a professional home organisation company in Singapore dedicated to creating thoughtfully considered spaces through strategic space planning and carefully selected storage solutions.
Today, Shir works closely with homeowners to design customised systems that work for their lifestyles, routines, and practical needs. Each project is approached with equal consideration for functionality and aesthetics, resulting in spaces that feel intuitive, refined, and easy to maintain.
